We ship to Poland, all European Union countries, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Norway and Switzerland.

We are currently working on shipping options for North and South America, but at the moment we do not ship to those regions yet.

We currently do not ship to Russia or Ukraine.

How fast do you ship orders within Poland?

If the product is in stock, we usually ship the order within 24 hours.

Courier delivery within Poland usually takes 1–2 business days from dispatch.

How long does international delivery take?

Estimated delivery time depends on the country:

  • Germany and Czech Republic: usually 2–4 business days,

  • other EU countries: usually 4–7 business days,

  • UK, Ireland, Norway and Switzerland: delivery time may depend on the carrier, customs clearance and the specific order.

For larger or heavier orders, delivery time may be arranged individually.

Why can shipping kettlebells, macebells and clubbells cost more?

Our products are heavy, and shipping them is a real logistics operation. This is not a lightweight parcel like a phone case.

Shipping cost depends mainly on:

  • order weight,

  • delivery country,

  • parcel size,

  • number of parcels,

  • whether pallet shipping is required.

For larger orders, we use several brokers and carriers to find the most reasonable logistics solution.

When is an order shipped on a pallet?

Orders above approximately 50 kg may be shipped on a pallet, quarter-pallet or half-pallet, depending on the weight, size and delivery country.

For larger orders, we recommend contacting us before placing the order so we can help find the best shipping option.

What payment methods are available?

The available payment methods include:

  • traditional bank transfer,

  • BLIK,

  • instant online payments,

  • PayPal,

  • cash on delivery,

  • Klarna,

  • PayPo,

  • VAT invoice.

Do you issue VAT invoices?

Yes, we issue VAT invoices.

Invoices are available for both business customers and larger orders for clubs, trainers, gyms or event organizers.

Can I return a product?

Yes, returns are possible according to the standard return procedure in our store.

The return shipping cost is covered by the customer.

What should I do if my parcel is damaged during transport?

If your parcel arrives damaged, please:

  1. take photos of the outside of the package,

  2. take photos of the damaged product,

  3. keep the packaging,

  4. report the damage to the carrier if possible,

  5. contact us by email: shop@incoresports.eu.

The faster we receive the information and photos, the easier it will be for us to help solve the issue.

Do the products have a warranty?

Yes. INCORE SPORTS products come with a 2-year warranty.

This applies to kettlebells, macebells, clubbells and accessories.

Can heavy kettlebells have minor transport or paint marks?

Yes. In the case of very heavy products, especially kettlebells above 48 kg, minor marks may occur due to transport or the handling of heavy equipment.

This does not affect the functionality of the product.

If the product arrives clearly damaged, please contact us and send photos.

How can I contact you?

The best way to contact us is by email:

shop@incoresports.eu

Is personal pickup possible?

Yes, personal pickup is possible Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 16:00, at our company address.

You do not have to make an appointment, but we recommend contacting us in advance to make sure the product is available and ready for pickup.

Do you handle larger orders for clubs, trainers or gyms?

Yes. For larger orders, we encourage you to contact us individually.

This applies especially to:

  • sports clubs,

  • trainers,

  • gyms,

  • event organizers,

  • wholesale orders,

  • larger equipment sets.

Contact us at shop@incoresports.eu and we will help you choose the right equipment and shipping option.

2. How to Choose a Kettlebell

Which kettlebell should I choose as a beginner?

For beginners, the most important thing is choosing a weight that allows you to learn proper technique without fighting for survival from the first workout.

As a general recommendation:

  • beginner men: 12–16 kg,

  • beginner women: 4–12 kg.

The final choice depends on your goal, experience, strength level and whether you want to train recreationally, for strength, or specifically for kettlebell sport.

I train at the gym, but I have never trained with kettlebells. What weight should I choose?

If you are strong and have experience with strength training, but you are new to kettlebells, you should not automatically choose a very heavy kettlebell.

Kettlebell training requires technique, control, breathing and a proper movement path.

As a general recommendation:

  • men with strength training experience: 20–24 kg,

  • women with strength training experience: 12–16 kg.

It is also important to understand that equipment selection is different for kettlebell sport, hardstyle and CrossFit.

What is the difference between a competition kettlebell and a cast iron kettlebell?

The basic rule is simple:

  • kettlebell sport → competition kettlebell,

  • hardstyle and CrossFit → cast iron kettlebell.

Competition kettlebells have the same size regardless of weight. This makes technique, rack position, movement path and grip more consistent. This is especially important in kettlebell sport, where movement economy, pace and long working sets matter.

Cast iron kettlebells usually change size depending on weight. They are popular in hardstyle, CrossFit and general strength and conditioning training.

Which kettlebell should I choose for kettlebell sport?

For kettlebell sport, we recommend competition kettlebells.

This applies especially to exercises and events such as:

  • long cycle,

  • jerk,

  • snatch,

  • clean,

  • biathlon,

  • kettlebell pentathlon.

In kettlebell sport, technique, breathing, movement economy, a stable rack position and repeatability are crucial. That is why a competition kettlebell is the best choice.

Should I choose a different kettlebell for hardstyle or CrossFit?

In most cases, yes. For hardstyle and CrossFit, cast iron kettlebells are usually the standard choice.

The exercises may look similar — swing, clean, snatch, press — but the purpose and style of work are different from kettlebell sport.

Kettlebell sport is about long sets, pace and efficiency.
Hardstyle and CrossFit usually focus more on strength, power, shorter sets and a different training style.

Should I buy one kettlebell or a pair?

For beginners, one kettlebell is usually enough. It is the best way to learn technique, control and basic movements.

Pairs of kettlebells are recommended mainly for intermediate and advanced users who already know how to work with kettlebells and want to train double kettlebell movements such as double clean, double jerk, double long cycle or strength work.

Is 32 kg a good first kettlebell?

No. A 32 kg kettlebell is too heavy as a first kettlebell in almost every case.

Even if you are strong, kettlebell training is not just about lifting weight. Technique, control, movement path, grip, breathing and safety matter.

If you want one kettlebell with a wide progression range, an adjustable competition kettlebell from 12 to 32 kg can be a very good option. It allows you to train with one kettlebell and gradually increase the weight.

I already have a kettlebell. How should I choose the next weight?

For private/home use, gradual progression is usually the best approach.

We are planning to introduce magnetic add-on weights, which will make it easier and safer to increase kettlebell weight without immediately buying another kettlebell.

For professional use — clubs, trainers, gyms and sport sections — we recommend building a full set of weights. INCORE SPORTS kettlebells are available in 2 kg increments, for example:

8 kg, 10 kg, 12 kg, 14 kg, 16 kg and so on.

This makes it possible to select the load precisely for the athlete’s level and training phase.

Are INCORE SPORTS kettlebells suitable for competitions?

Yes. INCORE SPORTS kettlebells are suitable for competitions and professional training.

This applies to both competition kettlebells and cast iron kettlebells. They are professional tools designed to meet global training and competition standards.

Which accessories are useful for kettlebell training?

For most training sessions, we recommend:

  • wristbands — to protect the wrists and improve comfort,

  • chalk — to improve grip and control,

  • kettlebell sport belt — especially for long cycle, jerk and other sport-style events.

Wristbands and chalk are useful for almost everyone. A belt is especially recommended for kettlebell sport training.

How should I take care of my kettlebell?

A kettlebell is a tool for hard work, but it is still worth taking care of.

We recommend:

  • do not leave your kettlebell outside,

  • avoid long exposure to moisture,

  • store it in a dry place,

  • if needed, gently sand the handle with fine-grit sandpaper to improve chalk grip.

If a kettlebell is left outside or in a damp place for a long time, it may eventually rust.

Can the paint on a kettlebell chip?

Yes. A kettlebell is a tool for heavy work. During normal use — especially when setting it down, training with pairs, making contact between bells or doing intense sport-style training — the paint may chip over time.

This is normal and does not affect the functionality of the equipment.

On INCORE SPORTS kettlebells, the logo and weight markings are embossed, so even after years of use the kettlebell can be repainted. It is designed as long-term training equipment, not a disposable decorative product.

3. Macebell and Clubbell

Who is macebell training for?

A macebell is a great tool for developing:

  • rotational strength,

  • strong core,

  • shoulder stability,

  • mobility,

  • body control,

  • grip strength,

  • athletic ability useful in combat sports and functional training.

It is especially interesting for people who want to go beyond classic dumbbell, barbell or kettlebell training.

What macebell weight should I choose as a beginner?

With macebells, the weight can be misleading because the center of mass is far away from the hands. This makes even a seemingly light macebell quite demanding.

As a general beginner recommendation:

  • men: 4–6 kg,

  • women: 3–4 kg.

It is better to start too light than too heavy. With macebell training, technique, control and smooth movement are more important than ego.

Is a macebell harder than a kettlebell?

Yes, a macebell is much more technically demanding than a kettlebell.

This is mainly due to the long lever and the center of mass being far from the hands. A macebell heavily uses momentum, leverage and rotation, so it requires more control of the movement, shoulders, torso and grip.

This does not mean beginners cannot train with a macebell. They can, but they should start with a light weight and learn the basic technique first.

What is the most common mistake when choosing a macebell?

The most common mistake is choosing a macebell that is too heavy.

Macebell weight does not feel the same as dumbbell or kettlebell weight. Because of the long lever and shifted center of mass, a 6 kg macebell can be much harder than the number suggests.

If you are just starting out, choose a lighter macebell and focus on technique.

Who is clubbell training for?

A clubbell is useful for developing:

  • rotational strength,

  • shoulders,

  • core,

  • mobility,

  • coordination,

  • movement control,

  • grip strength,

  • athletic ability for combat sports and functional training.

Like a macebell, a clubbell allows you to train ballistic and rotational movements that are often missing in classic strength training.

What clubbell weight should I choose as a beginner?

As a general recommendation:

  • men: 4–6 kg,

  • women: 2–4 kg.

As with macebells, it is better to start calmly and learn the technique instead of choosing a weight that is too heavy.

What is the difference between a macebell and a clubbell?

A macebell has a center of mass that is farther away from the hands, so it is more demanding and uses more leverage and momentum.

A clubbell can be seen as something between a kettlebell and a macebell in terms of ballistic training. You still work with momentum, rotation and control, but the center of mass is closer to the hands than in a macebell.

In simple terms:

  • kettlebell → more compact load,

  • clubbell → intermediate level of leverage and momentum,

  • macebell → longest lever and highest control demand.

Are macebells and clubbells suitable for beginners?

Yes, but they require a smart approach.

They are not as intuitive as dumbbells. With macebells and clubbells, it is important to learn basic technique and understand how ballistic training, momentum and rotational control work.

For beginners, the priorities are:

  • light weight,

  • good technique,

  • movement control,

  • gradual progression,

  • no rush to add weight.

Do I need accessories for macebell and clubbell training?

Chalk is the most useful accessory, especially during longer sets or when your hands get sweaty.

Other than that, macebells and clubbells do not require many additional accessories.

How should I take care of a macebell or clubbell?

Take care of them in a similar way to a kettlebell.

We recommend:

  • do not leave the equipment outside,

  • avoid moisture,

  • store it in a dry place,

  • wipe it down after training if it is wet from sweat or humidity.

It is equipment made for hard work, but it should not be left outside to rust.

4. Discounts, Larger Orders and Cooperation

Can I get a discount?

Yes, in some cases we can offer an individual discount.

Discounts are not automatically available for every order. They depend on the order value, product type, current promotions and the nature of the order.

If you are building a larger set or hesitating before purchase, you can ask us about available options.

From what order value can a discount be considered?

An individual discount may be considered for orders from 250 PLN.

This does not mean that every order above this amount automatically receives a discount. Each situation may be reviewed individually.

What is the maximum discount I can get?

In standard cases, the maximum individual discount is up to 10%.

Higher discounts may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as wholesale, club or partnership cooperation.

Can a discount be combined with promotions?

No. Products that are already on promotion are generally excluded from additional discounts.

If a product is already discounted, it means the best available price has already been applied.

Can clubs, trainers and gyms receive an individual offer?

Yes. We prepare individual offers for:

  • sports clubs,

  • trainers,

  • gyms,

  • kettlebell sections,

  • event organizers,

  • training schools,

  • larger group orders.

In such cases, please contact us directly: shop@incoresports.eu.

Do you offer wholesale or partner pricing?

Yes, for larger orders we can prepare a wholesale or partner offer.

This applies especially to equipment orders for clubs, gyms, sport sections or training events.

My order is above 2000 PLN. Can I get better conditions?

If you are planning an order above 2000 PLN and want to discuss better conditions, contact us at:

shop@incoresports.eu

For larger orders, we can individually check pricing, availability and the best shipping option.

Should I contact you before placing a large international order?

Yes. For heavy international orders, it is worth contacting us before placing the order.

INCORE SPORTS equipment is heavy, and shipping larger orders is a real logistics operation. For larger parcels or pallet shipments, we can check several shipping options and find the best solution.

Contact us at shop@incoresports.eu, especially if you are ordering equipment for a club, gym or larger group.

Do you have an ambassador program or cooperation options?

Yes, we are open to cooperation with athletes, trainers and people who genuinely live the training lifestyle.

We are interested in cooperation based on authentic use of the equipment, a serious sport approach and values aligned with INCORE SPORTS: strength, discipline, endurance, consistency and character.

If you want to discuss cooperation, contact us at shop@incoresports.eu.

Can I get 20% off if I buy today?

We generally do not offer this type of discount for single retail orders.

INCORE SPORTS equipment is designed for hard training, competitions and long-term use. We do not build the brand around constant random discounts.

If you are looking for the best available price, you can ask about current promotions or an individual offer for a larger order.

5. Training and Safety

Can I find training advice on your website?

Yes, but the main FAQ is mainly for purchase-related and organizational questions.

Training advice, technique, differences between training styles and educational materials should be placed on a separate page dedicated to kettlebell, macebell and clubbell training.

We want customers not only to buy equipment, but also to understand how to use it properly.

Can you advise me on how to train?

Yes, we can provide basic advice: how to choose equipment, how to start, which training style may fit your goal and how to avoid the most common mistakes.

However, this does not replace working with a coach or instructor, especially in kettlebell sport, macebell and clubbell training. These tools offer huge possibilities, but they require technique and an understanding of movement.

Should beginners start with weight or technique?

Technique.

In kettlebell, macebell and clubbell training, one of the biggest mistakes is thinking only in kilograms. Good training starts with movement control, position, breathing, grip and repeatability.

Weight can be increased later. Bad technique is much harder to fix.

Is it worth training with a coach or instructor?

Yes, especially at the beginning.

A coach or instructor can help you choose the right weight, improve your technique and avoid mistakes that are hard to notice on your own. This is especially important in kettlebell sport, macebell and clubbell training, because these forms of training use timing, breathing, leverage, momentum and full-body control.

If you need support, we can recommend someone who can help you get started.

What should I do if my shoulder, back, knee or another body part hurts?

If you feel pain, have an injury or are recovering from one, consult a doctor or physiotherapist.

We do not diagnose injuries online and we do not promise that a specific piece of equipment will solve pain.

Kettlebells are often used by physiotherapists and trainers in the process of rebuilding strength and movement capacity, but this should be done under professional supervision and with properly selected loading.

Is kettlebell training suitable for rehabilitation?

A kettlebell can be used to work on strength, stability, movement control and returning to physical activity, but only when it is properly selected and used sensibly.

If you are recovering from an injury or dealing with pain, do not start heavy training on your own. Consult a specialist first.

What is the difference between kettlebell sport, hardstyle and CrossFit?

Many styles use similar exercises: swing, clean, jerk, snatch, press or long cycle. The difference is in the goal, technique and style of work.

Kettlebell sport focuses on long sets, movement economy, pace, breathing and repeatability. Competition kettlebells are the best choice here.

Hardstyle places more emphasis on strength, tension, power and shorter sets. Cast iron kettlebells are most commonly used here.

CrossFit uses kettlebells as one of many tools for general strength and conditioning training. Cast iron kettlebells are also commonly used here.

The simplest rule:

  • kettlebell sport → competition kettlebell,

  • hardstyle and CrossFit → cast iron kettlebell.

Is kettlebell pentathlon kettlebell sport, hardstyle or CrossFit?

Kettlebell pentathlon is an interesting form of competition because it brings together people from kettlebell sport, hardstyle and CrossFit backgrounds.

It uses exercises familiar to many athletes, but within a specific scoring system, time structure and order. This makes it a good test of strength, endurance, technique and character.

6. About INCORE SPORTS

When was INCORE SPORTS founded?

INCORE SPORTS was founded in Poland in 2023.

The idea came from a simple need: there was a lack of good competition kettlebells available for people seriously training kettlebell sport. We started with kettlebells and gradually expanded the range with more training equipment.

Today, INCORE SPORTS is not only about kettlebells, but also macebells, clubbells, training accessories, belts, wristbands and, in the next stages, magnetic kettlebell add-on weights and apparel.

What is the idea behind INCORE SPORTS?

INCORE SPORTS was built around people who choose the harder path.

Kettlebells, macebells and clubbells are not random training tools. They are tools for people who value strength, endurance, discipline, resilience and consistency.

In a world of quick effects and easy shortcuts, this type of training is different. It is simple, hard, demanding and real. These are the values we want to show through our equipment, apparel, athletes, coaches and people connected with INCORE SPORTS.

What makes INCORE SPORTS equipment different?

INCORE SPORTS is solid equipment for hard work.

We do not design equipment only to look good in photos. Our kettlebells, macebells and clubbells are made to handle strong, regular training.

In kettlebell training, details matter: shape, balance, handle, ergonomics, contact with the forearm, grip and how the equipment behaves during long sets. These details make a real difference in training.

What makes INCORE SPORTS competition kettlebells different?

INCORE SPORTS competition kettlebells were designed for demanding training and competition.

They feature:

  • ergonomic handle,

  • widened handle end to help reduce pressure on the forearm,

  • surface prepared for sanding and chalk work,

  • no internal filler,

  • one-piece casting from high-quality steel,

  • construction ready for very intense training.

This is equipment for people who do not only do short sets, but also long sport-style work: 10-minute snatch with one hand switch, long cycle, jerk, half-marathons and full kettlebell marathons.

What makes INCORE SPORTS cast iron kettlebells different?

INCORE SPORTS cast iron kettlebells combine durability, ergonomics and a practical shape.

Cast iron makes it possible to keep the kettlebell relatively compact even at heavier weights. This is important for hardstyle, CrossFit and general strength and conditioning training.

Our cast iron kettlebells also have color markings on the handles, making it easier to quickly identify the correct weight during training.

Has INCORE SPORTS equipment been used in competitions?

Yes. INCORE SPORTS equipment has been used in kettlebell competitions, including world championships and Polish championships held between 2023 and 2025.

It is equipment designed for real training and competition, not just recreational use.

Do athletes use INCORE SPORTS equipment?

Yes. INCORE SPORTS equipment is used by athletes and people training kettlebell sport at a high level, including top international competitors.

This means the equipment is tested in practice — during training, preparation and competition conditions.

How many countries have you shipped to?

INCORE SPORTS products have already reached more than 40 countries.

We ship equipment to individual customers, trainers, clubs, gyms and people involved in kettlebell sport and functional training.

Is INCORE SPORTS only about kettlebells?

No. Kettlebells are an important part of the brand, but INCORE SPORTS is developing beyond kettlebells.

Our range also includes:

  • macebells,

  • clubbells,

  • kettlebell sport belts,

  • wristbands,

  • training accessories.

In the next stages, we also plan to develop magnetic kettlebell add-on weights and training apparel.

Can you help me choose the right equipment?

Yes. We know this equipment and we are happy to help you choose the right tool for your goal, level and budget.

You can contact us if you are not sure which weight to choose, whether a competition or cast iron kettlebell is better for you, or whether you should start with a kettlebell, macebell or clubbell.

You can also visit our store and test the equipment on-site.

Can I test the equipment before buying?

Yes, you can test the equipment in our store before buying.

This is especially useful if you are not sure about the weight, type of kettlebell or the difference between kettlebell, macebell and clubbell.
