HOW TO BUY
You can place an order in the Incore Sports online store as follows:

c) by e-mail to the adress: shop@incoresports.eu

Order via the Incore Sports website

1. We choose the product, its weight, size and color (if any).

2. Click the red "Add to cart" button - the store goes to the cart. Shopping can be continued (by clicking the "Continue shopping" button) or finish.

3. In the basket, choose the delivery method (personal collection, courier delivery).

4. After selecting the courier shipment, choose the method of payment for purchases (Bank transfer, cash on delivery, Immediate payment, - more in the "Payment methods" section)

5. Select e.g. Transfer to the account and click the "Order" button.

6. Now you can register (we recommend registration - the customer has more rights, checks the status of the order, gets discounts, receives information about promotions and news from us) or place an order without logging in.

7. We select, for example, "Place an order" - we provide all contact details. After completing the data, click the "Summary" button and check if all the data is correct.

8. Click the "Place order" button - the shop thanks you for the order and informs you to withhold the payment to your account until we send confirmation of accepting the order for execution.

9. Then we (store staff) check whether the ordered products are available and send information about the acceptance of the order for execution.

10. Now you should make a transfer for the purchased products. After shipment, we will send information along with the courier's package number.

Order by phone at +48587730048 - The customer calls us, tells us what products he is interested in. We confirm availability and ask for shipping details.

Order by e-mail to the address shop@incoresports.eu - the customer should write exactly what products he is interested in (name, size, color and product code) and provide all contact details (name and surname, street and number, postal code and city, telephone number for us and the courier company)

Orders are processed in the order in which they are placed. The order number is decisive for the implementation, therefore we encourage you to place orders via the online store system, which guarantees the immediate assignment of an order number.

Confirmation of the order will be sent immediately after checking the availability of the goods in our warehouse or warehouses of suppliers.
